Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all e-bike orders to most mainland EU countries.

All orders are shipped from our EU warehouse network, with stock dispatched from the warehouse closest to your delivery address whenever possible.

Estimated total delivery time: 2–7 business days.

Processing & Dispatch

• Orders for in-stock products are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time

• Most orders arrive within 1–5 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, courier operations, public holidays, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Regions

We currently deliver to most mainland EU countries.

At this time, we do not ship to certain islands or remote regions, including Cyprus, Malta, the Canary Islands, and similar locations.

Track Your Order

• Tracking details will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.
• You can track your shipment at any time using our Order Tracking page or through 17TRACK.
