Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • All included accessories, chargers, keys, manuals, and free gifts must be returned.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

Products showing signs of use, modification, damage, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before processing begins.

Once an order has been released to the warehouse for fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible. If cancellation is approved after processing has begun, a deduction of up to €200 per bike may apply to cover shipping and handling costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

For approved change-of-mind returns, a €200 shipping and handling deduction per bike will be applied to the refund.

This amount covers outbound shipping, return transportation, warehouse handling, inspection, and administrative costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your bike arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

In many cases, replacement parts or another suitable solution can resolve the issue without requiring a return.

Returns Not Accepted

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products showing signs of use or damage.

  • Products with missing accessories, parts, or packaging.

  • Used accessories or consumable parts.

  • Free gifts or promotional items.

  • Special-order or customized products.

  • Returns sent without prior approval.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
