We stand behind the quality of our products and provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Frame: Covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Electrical components: The battery, motor, controller, display, and charger are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty period begins on the original purchase date.
Who Is Covered?
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Shengmilo.net. Warranty requests for products purchased through other websites, marketplaces, retailers, dealers, or private sellers must be directed to the original seller.
What Is Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover:

Products outside the applicable warranty period.

Normal wear and tear, including tires, brake pads, chains, grips, cables, and other consumable parts.

Cosmetic damage that does not affect the performance or safety of the product, including minor scratches, dents, paint chips, or surface marks.

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper assembly, improper maintenance, or improper storage.

Damage resulting from modifications, unauthorized repairs, or the installation of non-original parts.

Water, chemical, corrosion, or environmental damage.

Commercial use, racing, stunt riding, or other extreme use.

Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers.
How To Make A Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a warranty issue, please contact our support team and provide:

Most warranty claims can be resolved through replacement parts and technical assistance without requiring the bicycle to be returned.
Repairs & Replacement Parts
If a warranty claim is approved, replacement parts will be provided where applicable.
Customers may be required to install replacement parts themselves or with the assistance of a local bicycle technician.
Installation guides and technical support will be provided whenever possible.
Third-party labor charges, repair costs, or service fees are not covered unless approved by us in advance.
Warranty Conditions
Proof of purchase from Shengmilo.net and a valid order number are required for all warranty claims.
The bicycle serial number and identification labels must remain intact and unaltered.
The warranty period begins on the original purchase date and does not restart if replacement parts are provided.
Any replacement parts supplied under warranty remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
