Customer service for me was absolutely on point with any issues or questions I have. Thing rips on trails and road and works really well with a trailer for my kid. Only issue is it does not go advertised speed. But that could be due to user error. It Prbly is Iâm not that bright .

Haben das E Bike pünktlich erhalten. Alle Komponenten waren sehr gut verpackt. Der Aufbau ist selbsterklärend.Zur Qualität von Rahmen, lenker & Equipment kann man sagen = Top. Alle Schweiß nähte sind gut. Es wirkt robust. Der Lack ist Makellos. Der Akku läßt leicht entnehmen und ist in ca. 6-8std voll geladen. Das Display läßt sich gut ablesen. Die Verkabelung ist gut verlegt.

Ein , zwei Kratzer die aber nicht sehr schlimm sind. Eine Abdeckung von einer Mutter fehlte, aber auch zu verdauen ! Für den Preis alles hin zu nehmen und nicht zu schlimm. Der Verkäufer will mir einen Lackstift zusenden und die Abdeckung auch.

Ich bin noch nie zuvor ein Elektrofahrrad gefahren und das hat SO viel Spaß gemacht! Ich hatte erwartet, dass der Motor viel lauter und schwieriger zu bedienen sein würde, aber er sprang so sanft an. Ich müsste auf jeden Fall üben, um den Dreh richtig rauszubekommen, vor allem bei Kurven. Aber das war die schnellste Strecke, die ich je mit dem Fahrrad gefahren bin, und es war großartig!
